Data Protection

This page has as aim to explain you how we deal with your data.

  • You came to our website following a link on Facebook or trough a web-search tool like Google. As long as you do not register on our web-site we will only record your visit with your IP address and a couple of values we can see from your browser / computer. We use these values to better display our pages on the type of device you use. We also register the country where you’re coming from to better understand and pin-point publicity and marketing efforts.
  • Once you decide to register for a training we will ask you to purchase a training through our e-commerce system. This system will ask you for your full name and address, phone number, as well as an e-mail address we use to communicate with you in regard to the online training you purchased. Our e-commerce platform does not store any of your payment details like credit card number or validity date, this is only handled/visible to myPOS, our payment provider.
    • We might use your e-mail address to send you information about training courses that might be interesting for you. Such commercial e-mails shall not be send more often than 2-3 times a year.
    • We do not forward or sell your contact details to any 3rd party other than the payment provider.
    • We will mainly send you information related to your current training and forum access.
  • You can ask us by e-mail to have your details removed once your training is done if you wish so, you can use the contact link on this page. We will however keep for a period of at least 10 years your name in our accounting system as we have this legal obligation in Switzerland. The retained details are only your full name and your physical address plus the amounts we’ve billed you to be compliant with local tax regulations.
  • The computer systems we use are correctly configured from an IT-Security point of view and your data is not accessible without considerable hacking efforts. We do however always advise you to use a unique password per web-site where you register your details to avoid a potential data-breach putting the rest of your accounts at other websites also at risk.
